Infogrames bietet "Civilization III" nun für 30 statt bislang 53 Euro an. Außerdem soll eine PR- und Marketingkampagne Bekanntheitsgrad und Verkaufszahlen des Spiels erhöhen.

Infogrames Deutschland hat den Preis für sein Strategiespiel "Civilization III" herabgesetzt. Wie der Publisher mitteilt, ist das Game bereits für rund 30 Euro im Handel zu haben. Bislang kostete es 13 Euro mehr. "Wir freuen uns sehr, diesen preisgekrönten Spitzentitel ab sofort zu einem äußerst attraktiven Verkaufspreis anbieten zu können", sagte Frank Holz, Marketing-Direktor von Infogrames Deutschland. Das Unternehmen will zudem mit PR- und Marketingaktionen das öffentliche Interesse an "Civilization III" verstärken. Näheres dazu hat Infogrames noch nicht bekannt gegeben.
