London Games Festival Plans New Consumer Trade Show New Game Plus

For the 10th anniversary of the London Games Festival, the organizers of Games London are planning the biggest festival to date. The focus will be on the new consumer fair New Game Plus, which will kick off the event days.

The London Games Festival (LGF) itself starts on April 2, 2025 and runs until April 13. A whole series of gaming events are planned in the British capital as part of the festival, including the BAFTA Games Awards and the Games Finance Market investor conference.

A new consumer trade fair will be held at the start of the LGF, on April 3 and 4 to be precise. New Game Plus will take place at the London Museum's exhibition spaces on London Wall.

Ticket sales start in December. Further details will be announced soon. What is certain is that, as part of New Game Plus, the more than 30 games in the Official Selection will also be on display. The Ensemble Exhibition will also be part of the fair.

In 2024, the LGF counted more than 100,000 visitors over all days, including 4,100 trade visitors.

Organizers can now apply to hold further official side events from April 7 to 13. Games executives from around the world are also expected to attend the exclusive VIP 100 event taking place during the festival.

The London Games Festival is organized by Games London, an initiative of Film London and the UKIE. It is also supported by the Mayor of London.
