Zum Abschluss der Reboot Develop Blue 2019 wurden im Sheraton Hotel in Dubrovnik die Gewinnder des diesjährigen Reboot Indie Awards bekannt gegeben. Gleich zwei Schweizer Spiele gingen dabei siegreich hervor. DEP-Träger "Far: Lone Sails" von Okomotive erhielt den Award in der Kategorie "Game of the Year", während Stray Fawn Studios' Weltraumsimulation "Nimbatus" mit "Outstanding Gameplay" überzeugte.

Die Schweiz räumt bei den Reboot Indie Awards ab. In gleich zwei Kategorien ging der Preis an Spiele aus der SwissGames-Riege. "Nimbatus" von Stray Fawn Studios bekam den Award für "Outstanding Gameplay" während Okomotives "Far: Lone Sails" zum "Game of the Year" erkoren wurde.

In der Kategorie "Visual Excellence" setzte sich indes das italienische Entwicklerstudio Gamera Interactive durch, "Best Audio" ging an "Crimson Resonance" von Tweetal Studios aus den Niederlanden. Den Award für "Special Selection" gewann Gregory Kogos" für "RotoRing".

Die Preisverleihung fand am 13. April zum Abschluss der Reboot Develop Blue 2019 statt. Die Moderation übernahm Ste Curran.
