InnoGames is once again taking up the InnoHub concept and offering interested start-ups and young companies office space at its own headquarters in Hamburg.

InnoGames, which claims to be Hamburg's largest games developer, is once again renting out office space in its own headquarters in the Hammerbrook district. Affordable all-inclusive rents, flexible options and optional full service are promised to attract young companies not yet ready to take a big risk. Interested parties can find more information, including contact details, at www.innohub-hamburg.de.

"We have fond memories of the first InnoHub and thought it was a great shame when we had to close it because we needed the space - even though that was the plan from the start. But that was before the pandemic and before our hybrid working model. We are using the changed situation as an opportunity to revive the idea - with a few changes. Friction is known to create warmth, and who knows what great encounters and projects will emerge from the physical proximity with our new subtenants. We are already very excited," says Michael Zillmer, COO & co-founder of InnoGames.

The concept may sound familiar: In December 2013, as part of its move to new premises, InnoGames announced that it would offer start-ups a home on more than 1,000 square metres until the fast-growing games company itself needed the extra space. Called "InnoHub", it temporarily created a popular start-up centre, including an accompanying mentoring programme. The aim now is to build on this success.

Alexander Eichhorn, Facility Manager, adds: "We are now letting the entire 1st and 2nd floors with a total area of over 2,600m². This time, the interior fittings are of an even higher quality than before. We are also offering more services in the space, such as furnishing. Thanks to a flexible model in which companies can secure fixed offices, with or without furniture, for a short term at an all-inclusive rent, we believe our solution is particularly interesting for start-ups and creative companies whose financing is not yet fully secured. Another advantage is that these are serviced offices. This means that tenants do not have to invest any capacity in the operation of the office space. And yes, the use of our canteen, the so-called Town Hall (a combination of lounge, dining room and event space) and our gym, which is open 24 hours a day, is also included in the offer".
