Although LG is one of the pioneers in cloud gaming on smart TVs, one app has been missing from its gaming portal until now: Xbox. That is now changing in 25 countries, including the entire GSA region.

GeForce Now, Blacknut, Utomik, Amazon Luna, and Boosteroid – depending on the region, LG has offered its customers a wide range of game streaming providers via its gaming portal for many years. However, the Xbox app, which is particularly important for top games, was missing. But that is now changing, as the manufacturer has announced.

LG customers in 25 countries will now be able to install the Xbox app and use the corresponding games in conjunction with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. In addition to LG TVs and selected smart monitors with webOS 24 and newer versions, the Xbox app will soon be available on LG StanbyME models.

According to LG, the offer will be rolled out in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the USA.
