Splatoon Raiders for Switch 2 Is Coming out in July
Splatoon Raiders will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2 on 23 July. To coincide with the release of this single-player adventure, new amiibo figures based on Deep Cut (known as Surimi Syndicate in German) will also be available from this summer onwards.
Splatoon Raiders, a single-player action-adventure game launching on 23 July 2026, caters for both Splatoon veterans and newcomers. In this Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive, players take on the role of a master mechanic and embark on a journey to the Spirhalite Islands. Throughout their adventure, they can customise their appearance and gear in order to hunt for treasure across the islands. Armed with a variety of mechanical gadgets and 'splat-tastic' weapons, players will battle hordes of enemies, complete raids and collect loot as they journey through the Splatoon universe.
But the players aren't alone: they're joined by Shiver, Frye, and Big Man, a trio of musicians who make up the band Deep Cut. One member of the band will even fight alongside the players as a bot. Speaking of Deep Cut: New amiibo figures of Shiver, Frye, and Big Man in their Splatoon Raiders outfits will also be available with the game’s release on 23 July. In Germany, Deep Cut is called "Surimi Syndicate," and the figures are Mako, Muri, and Mantaro. Additionally, the game allows players to connect with up to three others online or locally.
