Today's Nintendo Direct featured some new games coming to Switch from Nintendo as well as global publishing and development partners. Games from THQ Nordic, Stray Fawn, Tiny Roar, and rokaplay were among them.

Today's Direct presentation highlighted a number of new games coming to Nintendo Switch system in 2025 and beyond. Nintendo published games like Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, Rhythm Paradise Groove (2026) and Tomodachi Life - Living the Dream were featured, as well as games from global publishing and development partners like Tamagotchi Plaza (27 June), Marvel Cosmic Invasion (this winter), Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar (27 Aug.), Patapon 1+2 Replay (11 July) and Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake (this year). Several of the announced titles are coming to Nintendo Switch later today: SaGa Frontier 2 Remastered, Rift of the NecroDancer and Disney Villains Cursed Café. Virtual Game Cards and New Smart Device Apps were also revealed.

From GSA, THQ Nordic was present with The Eternal Life of Goldman, Stray Fawn with The Wandering Village, and Tiny Roar & rokaplay with Lou's Lagoon.

The following games were also announced or shown: - Everybody's Golf: Hot Shots (this year) - Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time (21 May) - Gradius Origins, bringing together 17 versions of six arcade classics: Gradius, Salamander, Life Force, Gradius 2, Gradius 3 and Salamander 2 (7 Aug.) - High On Life (6 May) - King of Meat (this year) - Lou's Lagoon (this summer) - Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2 launch on 15 April. Monument Valley 3 will follow this summer. - No Sleep For Kaname Date – From AI: The Somnium Files (25 July) - Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army (19 June) - Shadow Labyrinth (18 July) - Star Overdrive (10 April) - The Eternal Life of Goldman (this holiday) - The Wandering Village (17 July) - Witchbrook (this holiday)

There have been no updates regarding Nintendo Switch 2. The next console from Nintendo will be showcased on 2. April 2025 at 15:00.
