In our regular GamesMarket developer series, game studios present pictures of what's going on under the hood of in their game making process. This time, Spellgarden Games leads us through the UI design process of the stamp cards in their upcoming game Thrifty Business.
Spellgarden Games, originally from Stuttgart, now with outliers in Scotland as well, is a true indie darling of the German South: With Sticky Business, they landed a surprise wholesome hit, and with Ritual of Raven, they dipped their feet into the farming sim idea, although with a special twist. Their upcoming title has been highly anticipated since it was features in several showcases, most notably the one of Wholesome Games. We had them take us with them into the design process of a part of their cosy thrift shop simulator.
