Im Februar 2007 holt Konami Digital Entertainment zum "Yu-Gi-Oh!"-Doppelschlag aus. Gleich zwei neue Abenteuer der Erfolgsserie kommen auf den Markt, die sich an die Handheldfans richten. Sowohl "Spirit Caller" für Nintendo DS als auch "Tag Force" für die Sony PlayStation Portable bedienen sich der jeweiligen Besonderheiten der Plattform. Auf die WiFi-Funktionen greifen beide Versionen zurück, um auch Multiplayerpartien zu ermöglichen.
