Katerina Dudinskaya Succeeds Alexey Meleshkevich as CEO of Goodville AG

On 1 May, there will be a change at the top of the Swiss games company Goodville AG. The former CMO Katerina Dudinskaya will take over from co-founder and future CPO Alexey Meleshkevich, who will focus on a strategic overview and long-term vision.

Katerina Dudinskaya will formally take up her new position as CEO of the company on 1 May. According to the company, she will focus on the strategic areas of product innovation, strategic partnerships with wellness and mental health brands, and team expansion to continue growth.

Dudinskaya has been with Goodville AG, which operates the game of the same name, for over four years and has built up the entire marketing team during that time. Before that, she worked for Easybrain and managed a 70-person marketing team at Gismart. She therefore has relevant management experience, including of larger teams. Gameville currently employs around 80 people in the areas of game development, live ops, marketing, and player support.

As CEO, Katerina Dudinskaya is following in the footsteps of co-founder Alexey Meleshkevich. With the change at the top, he is stepping down from day-to-day business but will focus on strategic oversight and long-term vision as CPO. "From the beginning, Goodville was about building something meaningful. I’m proud of everything we’ve achieved so far, and I’m confident Katerina will take it even further with their vision and energy”, says Alexey Meleshkevich.

According to the company, the game Goodville currently has over 5.5 million players with 60k daily active users, and 30% YOY revenue growth.
