Riot Games Appoints Hoby Darling as President

Riot Games has introduced a new president, Hoby Darling, who has experience in both gaming and sports. In his new role, Darling will be tasked with inspiring teams to reach new levels of excellence.

According to Riot, Darling’s mission is to make the company “the best place to make games.” As President, he will collaborate with teams across all areas of the organisation, aiming to help employees think big, unlock their creativity, and ultimately deliver outstanding services to players.

Darling brings with him an impressive track record. He has held leadership roles at Logitech and Nike, served as CEO of Skullcandy and Astro Gaming, and most recently was part of the executive team at lifestyle brand Volcom, known for its focus on skate, snow, and surf culture.
