Micro and small enterprises based in the Community of Madrid are the primary candidates for funding. Companies with headquarters elsewhere are also eligible provided they have an office in the region and development takes place there.

The funding aims to support creative work during the prototyping phase. A total of 20 projects are to be funded, each receiving up to 25,000 euros.
