Auf der CTIA kündigte Electronic-Arts-Vicepresident John Batter neue Handyspiele der EA Mobile Division für Winter 2005 und Frühjahr 2006 an.

EA Mobile, eine Division von Electronic Arts, hat für Winter 2005 und Frühjahr 2006 eine Reihe neuer Handyspiele angekündigt: "Harvest Mania", "Word Whomp", "World Class Solitaire" und "Squelchies". Außerdem sollen auch Mobile Games basierend auf den EA-Franchises "FIFA Street", "Def Jam" und "SimCity 4" entwickelt und vertrieben werden. John Batter, Vicepresident und General Manager Electronic Arts, unterstrich auf der CTIA in San Fransisco die Bedeutung von Mobile Entertainment: "Bei EA konzentrieren wir uns nun darauf das Medium (Mobile Entertainment, Anm. d. Red.) mit der zielgruppengerechten Adaption unserer Marken nach vorne zu bringen."
