LightSpeed Studios Launches Japan Studio Led By Hideaki Itsuno
LightSpeed Studios has announced the establishment of LightSpeed Japan Studio. The new game development studio will focus on the development of original AAA action games and marks a major step in the global expansion of the Tencent subsidiary.
Based in Osaka and Tokyo, LightSpeed Japan Studio will focus on original AAA action game titles for a global audience. The Japan studio will be headed by Hideaki Itsuno. Itsuno has worked at Capcom for many years, directing franchise series such as Rival Schools, Power Stone, Capcom VS. SNK, Devil May Cry and Dragon's Dogma.
