Future has announced three streaming formats under the Future Games Show umbrella for gamescom. Studios and publishers have until 11 July to submit titles for one of the editorial slots.

The British media company Future will once again be covering gamescom with live streams this year. A total of three streams are planned under the ‘Future Games Show’ (FGS) label. The regular Future Game Show is scheduled for the evening of the first day of the fair.

Immediately afterwards, the FGS Live From gamescom stream will begin. Hosted by Jules and Nathan, this format will expand the flagship stream with additional trailers and announcements.

The third stream is a new sub-format that will complement the ‘Live From’ formats in future. FGS Best of gamescom will take place on the last B2C day of the fair, Sunday, and will summarise gamescom 2025.

According to the company, publishers and studios can apply for one of the remaining editorial slots until 11 July.

"We were blown away by the reaction to our summer showcase which reached a record 16.6 million live views," says FGS Content Director Daniel Dawkins. "We can’t wait to share our new show, ‘FGS Best Of’ - an expansion of our new FGS Live From events - which takes viewers onto the gamescom showfloor to experience the very best AAA demos, with exclusive booth tours, trailers and surprises. Don’t forget to save the dates, we’ll see you next month!"
