Capcom Germany has expanded its team in Hamburg. Marta Zolnowska joins as Social Media & Community Manager Poland and Vivien Redmann as Community Manager Monster Hunter.

Capcom Germany welcomes two new employees to its Hamburg office. Marta Żołnowska joined the marketing and communications team on 1 June as Social Media & Community Manager for the Polish-speaking market. Vivien Redmann has been on board since 1 May 2024, focusing on Capcom's successful Monster Hunter franchise as Community Manager. Both new hires strengthen the marketing and communications team around Community Manager Central Europe Lara Mischnick and Senior Marketing Manager Central Europe Claas Wolter.

In order to intensify communication and be even more present for the communities, Capcom is expanding direct communication to additional markets. The Polish market, along with over 40 other countries, falls under the responsibility of Central Europe, wwhich Capcom Germany supports from Hamburg. Active communication includes the development of dedicated local social media channels as well as cooperation with local content creators and participation in local events - planning and execution will be the responsibility of Marta Żołnowska, who joins the Capcom team in Hamburg after holding various positions as a brand ambassador and game design creative at Star Stable Entertainment and Radical Fish Games, among others.

Capcom is also stepping up its communication efforts around the Monster Hunter franchise. This is both in preparation for the release of Monster Hunter Wilds, scheduled for 2025, and to increase awareness of the series among new audiences. Vivien Redmann will take on the role of Community Manager for Monster Hunter, planning individual communication strategies. Vivien Redmann also brings with her several years of experience in the industry, having previously worked in other community management positions, including at gameXcite.
