Rocket Beans to Produce Second Season of Ansage!

Ansage!, a tv and video format about games aimed at a young audience, is getting a second season. Rocket Beans Entertainment is once again producing the series for KiKA.

It is a success for the Hamburg-based production company Rocket Beans Entertainment. The game format Ansage!, produced on behalf of KiKA, will be continued. The second season will have a new look and a new host in Christian 'Christensen' Bauer. The Austrian is a game creator on TikTok and other platforms.

"Gaming and the associated online communities are part of the reality of many people's lives, regardless of their age. With 'Ansage!', KiKA is offering very young gaming fans in particular a safe space where they can exchange ideas and grow together with their influencers," says Ricarda Eggs, Editor at KiKA.

Sarah Kälberer, head of editorial at Rocket Beans Productions, adds: "Working on Season 1 was very exciting because it combined our favourite subject, gaming, with producing for a new target group for us: preteens. To be able to continue that experience with Ansage! and provide a platform for young people interested in gaming is a great and rewarding task."

Ansage! is aimed at 10- to 13-year-old viewers and can be viewed on YouTube and, from 12 June, on kika.de and the KiKA player. A TV broadcast is scheduled for 22 August. Rocket Beans Entertainment, founded by the pioneers of gaming TV in Germany, has over 100 employees and produces video formats for its own platform rocketbeans.tv as well as for various clients. The company is a creator, platform, artist management, production company and publisher. KiKa (short for Kinderkanal, or children's channel) is a joint TV channel of the German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF.
