Tomorrow's #gamechanger Talk Informs About „Press Start: Gründungsstipendium Games“

After today's opened application process for the „Press Start: Gründungsstipendium Games“, the game association will hold an info panel as a #gamechanger talk tomorrow at 3:30 pm. Guests are Andreas Görgen from Claudia Roth's office and Nandita Wegehaupt, MD of the Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur.

Tomorrow afternoon, 29 October at 3:30 pm, a new #gamechanger talk of game – The German Games Industry Association will be held on the association’s Twitch channel. Focus of the talk format this time will be the newly-announced ‘Press Start: Gründungsstipendium Games’ programme of the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and Media Claudia Roth. The programme just now opened applications for development studios as well.

The first guest in conversation with game MD Felix Falk will be Dr Andreas Görgen, Head of Office at the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. He will talk about his career in politics, the role of games in his organisation and the new start-up grant, among other things. This will be followed by Nandita Wegehaupt, the new MD of the Digital Games Culture Foundation (Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur), which organises the content of the programme. She will also talk about her path into foundation working as well as the role of the Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur in ‘Press Start: Gründungsstipendium Games’ and what interested parties need to look out for.
