Following the success of The Surge and Atlas Fallen, Frankfurt-based studio Deck13 has big plans and, according to its own statements, is embarking on an ambitious phase. An important element of this is to expand the studio's global brand visibility and thus support the commercial success of upcoming projects. Zoran Roso will be assisting Deck13 in this endeavor. The studio has hired the experienced manager as Lead Brand Consultant.

"We are incredibly happy to have secured such a highly respected expert to help us elevate the studio and our upcoming project to the next level. After delivering successful and critically acclaimed titles such as The Surge series and Atlas Fallen, we are setting our sights even higher. Having Zoran on board is key to achieving that vision," says Lars Janssen, CEO of Deck13.

And Zoran Roso adds: "Partnering with Deck13 to shape the future of their portfolio is a challenge I accept with open arms. I’ve always admired the team's ability to deliver distinct, high-quality experiences. We have ambitious goals to push the studio's brand and product visibility further than ever before."

Zoran Roso has more than two decades of experience in the international games business and worked for Rockstar Games/Take Two Interactive, Activision Blizzard, and Sony PlayStation, as well as Tencent/Level Infinite, before setting up his own business, ZR Consulting. Zoran regularly publishes opinion pieces on LinkedIn, which GamesMarkt republishes with his permission.

Deck13 is one of the most important and largest development studios in Germany. In 2020, Pullup Entertainment acquired Deck13 (in German). The indie label Deck13 Spotlight is one of three publishing labels of the French gaming group, alongside Dotemu and Focus Entertainment Publishing.
