With 43,500 visitors, the Zurich Pop Con & Game Show has peaked over its predecessor year. Important stations were Nintendo's exclusive gaming booth and star appearances, such as those connected to Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine 2.

Seven halls full of 450 exhibitors brought a record of 43,500 visitors to Zurich Pop Con this weekend. The organisers are happy with the conclusion of the Swiss gaming event, having peaked over the results of last year’s festival.

As a big visitor magnet, the organisers identified the Swiss esport teams present on site, and especially the exclusive attendance of Nintendo with a big booth full of unreleased title demos. International stars had also been present, among them Clive Standen, the actor of protagonist Titus of Focus Entertainment’s and Saber Interactive’s current success Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine 2.

“We are completely satisfied. We would like to thank everyone involved and the fantastic audience for yet another successful edition and the unique atmosphere.” says Festival Director Anouk Brunner. The next Zurich Pop Con & Game Show 2025 will take place on 27 and 28 September 2025. Tickets are already available for Fantasy Basel - The Swiss Comic Con from 29 - 31 May 2025, organised by the same team.
