Atari und Playlogic haben ein weltweit gültiges Vertriebsabkommen für "Age Of Pirates: Caribbean Tales" geschlossen.

Playlogic International hat Atari mit dem Vertrieb von "Age Of Pirates: Caribbean Tales" beauftragt. Das vom russischen Entwickler Akella produzierte Rollenspiel soll im September auf den Markt kommen. Gemäß dem jetzt unterzeichneten Abkommen wird Atari den Titel in Europa, Asien und den USA vertreiben. "Atari hat ein exzellentes, globales Vertriebsnetz, ein hochmotiviertes Team und den richtigen Marketingansatz", begründet Stefan Layer, selbst ehemals bei Atari tätig und jetzt Vice President und COO von Playlogic, seine Entscheidung für Atari.
