Die Berliner Wirecard AG führt zum 26. Juni eine Kapitalerhöhung durch. Mit der Ausgabe von 15.570.036 Stammaktien soll das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft um mehr als 15 Mio. Euro angehoben werden. Bestandsaktionäre werden dabei ein Bezugsrecht im Verhältnis 4:1 erhalten. Wofür Wirecard das frische Kapital verwenden will, teilte das Unternehmen nicht mit.
