Die Game Developers Conference Mobile 2006 findet im März kommenden Jahres in San José statt. Das Beratungsgremium, das über Themen und Inhalte der Entwicklerkonferenz entscheidet, ist nun vollständig besetzt, wie die Veranstalter mitteilen. Zu den Vertretern der Mobilfunkbranche, die dem Advisory Board angehören, zählen u.a.: Robin Chan (Senior Manager Verizon Wireless), Jason Ford (General Manager Games Sprint Nextel), Tim Harrison (Head of Games Vodafone Group), Jani Karlsson (Senior Manager N-Gage Platform Nokia), Chris Melissinos (Chief Gaming Officer, Sun Microsystems), Dr. Mark Ollila (Co-Founder und Executive Director Telcogames), Robert Tercek (Founding Chairman GDC Mobile) und Lincoln Wallen (CTO Worldwide Mobile Gaming Electronic Arts).
