1SP.Agency Appoints Kerstin Steinberg as Head of People and Culture

The international agency group 1SP.Agency is expanding its human resources division. Since 1 March, Kerstin Steinberg has taken on the role of Head of People and Culture.
Steinberg brings extensive experience in the agency world and deep expertise in developing modern HR structures and processes. She joins 1SP from Hubert Burda Media, where she led the HR team at the content marketing agency C3. Previous career milestones include roles at performance marketing agency Quisma, part of GroupM, and the international PR agency Ketchum.
Based in Hamburg, 1SP.Agency is a fast-growing, internationally active agency group founded in April 2023 (in German) by MSM.digital founders Markus Oeller and Torsten Oppermann as an umbrella holding company. At launch, the group already included three agencies: inSight, CO2, and Profiflitzer (now FLZR). In 2024, 1SP added British agency Renaissance PR (in German) and Austrian agency New Fluence to its portfolio. In early 2025, Swiss agency promoPers was also integrated into the growing network.
