Games Forged in Germany, the Steam sale organised by Games Germany, is entering its fourth round. Interested developers, studios and publishers from Germany can now apply to participate.

Games Germany - Regional Funds and Networks, the association of German games funding and network institutions, is once again organising a Steam sale with "Games Forged in Germany". German developers, studios and publishers can apply to participate from now until 9 June 2025 EOD. Any company based in Germany is eligible to participate. The conditions of participation, details about the Steam Sale and the application form can be found here.

Games Germany's aim with the Steam Sale is to showcase the great diversity of German games on an international stage and to contribute to an increase in sales. This year's Steam Sale will once again be accompanied by a showcase event. More than 300 games have taken part in the last three Steam Sales.

Games Germany - Regional Funds and Networks is a cooperation of six funding and six network institutions from different parts of Germany due to the federal political system. Under the umbrella of Games Germany (GG), these local games institutions are represented in a unified national presence. Games Germany - Regional Funds and Networks provides all stakeholders in the games industry with information on funding and financing as well as development, production and publishing conditions in Germany. In addition, Games Germany - Regional Funds and Networks supports the German games industry in its participation in major national and international trade fairs. The underlying model is based on Focus Germany, the umbrella organisation of the eight regional film funds in Germany.
