Cosalux from Offenbach will receive €46,020 for Vita'Aer - Level 1 Wüste mit 3 Kapiteln, Riprip from Kassel will receive €44,200 for Terminal Crossing and Rokaplay from Darmstadt will receive a total of €40,100 for the expansion of Sugardew Island: Your cosy farm shop.
"Innovative games made in Hesse receive early support from the state government. We are pleased to be able to pave the way for young Hessian game producers in the industry. The programme, which is managed by Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen as the state's development bank, is primarily aimed at games that are not just for entertainment. Instead, they convey topics such as sustainability, climate protection or health promotion in a playful way. That is why this funding is money well spent," says Kaweh Mansoori, Hesse's Minister of Economics.
The funding decisions were made by a jury of experts from science and business. They selected the six projects from 23 applications.
