As part of WWDC25, Apple has revealed the finalists and winners of this year's Apple Design Awards. Among them are Philipp Stollenmayer from Germany and Klemens Strasser from Austria, as well as LocalThunk from Canada.

Philipp Stollenmayer from Germany has won the Apple Desgn Award in the Innovation category in the Game subcategory with his title BPJ - The Musical. He beat Bootloader Studio (Singapore) and Resolution Games (Sweden), who were also highlighted as finalists by Apple.

Klemens Strasser won the Games sub-category in the Inclusivity category with his puzzle game Art of Fauna. His competitors among the finalists were Lykke Studios (Thailand/Cyprus) and Split Atom Labs (Australia).

The multi-award-winning Balatro from LocalThunk (Canada) won in the Delight & Fun category, Dredge from Black Salt Games (New Zealand) in the Interaction category and Neva from Devolver Digital (USA) and Nomada Studio (Spain) in the Social Impact category. In this category, Klemens Strasser with Art of Fauna was one of the losing finalists.
