At the DevGamm Awards 2024, Manor Lords won the Grand Prize of the twelve categories collectively endowed with 100,000 euros in prize money. Star of the evening however was Oddada developer Sven Ahlgrimm, who received two prizes on behalf of Christoph Minnameier's Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 and The Game Bakers' Cairn before he was handed the Audio award for his own game as well.

On the evening of 15 November, as the crowning closer of DevGamm Lisbon 2024, the DevGamm Awards have been given away in Portugal. With prize money of 100,000 euros overall, the Westernmost issue of the Eastern European event honored games in twelve categories, among them also titles from the GSA region.

The Grand Prize of the jury went to Manor Lords by Slavic Magic and Hooded Horse. It comes with 25,000 euros in prize money, which will be entirely going to the development studio, the publisher assured on stage.

From the GSA region, a strong roster of games was present in the nominations. In fact, apart from the Grand Prize and obviously the award for the best game from Portugal, every category featured a game from the region. While only two German titles actually won an award, there still was a hat-trick winner from Germany on stage: Sven Ahlgrimm, developer of Oddada, received the price for Best Mobile Game on behalf of the actual winner Christoph Minnameier, developer of Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret, who couldn't be present. Shortly after, Ahlgrimm returned to stage to receive the prize for the Most Anticipated Game for Cairn from The Game Bakers. The Montpellier studio also could not be present and had asked Ahlgrimm to receive it in their stead. When Ahlgrimm entered the stage for the third time, applause erupted, not just because of the running gag of him coming up, but because this time, he was actually awarded a prize for his own work: Oddada by him, Mathilde Hoffmann and Bastian Clausdorff was honoured for its Excellence in Audio.  "I actually made this one", Ahlgrimm remarked, harvesting the audience's laughter. Each of the three awards comes with 10,000 euros in prize money.
